That’s why we stand against two risks of an AI-saturated world: brain rot, when we stop exercising independent thought, and talent rot, when human expertise is left unused.
We use these terms to express our philosophy, not as medical or scientific diagnoses.

Louise Domingues founded One Flag drawing on professional experience in multinational operations, business transformation, education, international growth and cross-border collaboration.
The vision is to build an international organisation whose strength comes from its collective professional capabilities, not its dependence on any single person.
