No tracking on this website
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or third-party tracking. Fonts and images are served from our own website, so your visit is not shared with font or advertising providers. Our hosting provider processes standard technical data, such as IP address and browser type, only as needed to deliver the website securely.
When you contact us
If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to share: usually your name, contact details, organisation and a description of your challenge. We use it only to respond to your enquiry, explore whether and how we can help, and prepare any proposal you request.
Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Please do not send sensitive personal data or confidential third-party material in a first message.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. With your agreement, we may share relevant details of your challenge with qualified professionals we propose to involve in a project, under confidentiality. We may also use trusted service providers, such as email and hosting, that process data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless it becomes part of an engagement, in which case it is kept for as long as needed for that engagement and our legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy of it. Write to hello@oneflagglobal.com. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland (dataprotection.ie) or the supervisory authority where you live.
Changes
We may update this notice as our services develop. The date at the top shows the latest version.
