The EU AI Act recognises the role of meaningful human oversight in high-risk AI systems (Article 14) and measures supporting AI literacy among relevant personnel (Article 4). One Flag’s specialist engagements can support organisations addressing these needs, within an agreed scope. They do not by themselves certify legal compliance.

What Human Review Is, And Isn’t
Each engagement has a defined professional scope, appropriate reviewer qualifications and agreed deliverables. Where legal, regulated, technical security or accredited certification work is needed, that must be separately scoped with appropriately authorised specialists.
Human Review is not automatically an audit, formal certification or guarantee of safety or regulatory compliance. The One Flag Human Seal shows how work was made; it is not an accredited certification.
